Alternative Patient Entrance
Dear Patients of Sheets, Paquette & Wu,
Our office is currently open for all regular patient care including hygiene appointments, with our regular hours M-F 8am-5pm. To make an appointment, please call our office at 949-760-6288.
We would like to address what we are doing to protect you when you visit our office. We have in place the strictest and most current sterilization protocols to protect you and our staff.
- All staff and patients are required to wear a mask when in the office and encouraged to maintain 6 feet distance from one another. Temperature readings and health questionnaires are completed with every visit
- We have invested in 21 Molekule UV light and air purification units that kill bacteria, virus and environmental pollutants. They are installed and functional as of 3-23-2020
- We will try to limit the reception room to one patient at a time. All surfaces and air will be disinfected and cleaned
- All operatories are thoroughly disinfected and prior to and after patient care following OSHA guidelines
- Patients will have access to our suite if they desire through a private staircase that exits at the door to our office
- Patients will be greeted by staff wearing masks who will provide patients a mask to wear in the office and to take with them for their use traveling to and from their home
- All surfaces will be wiped prior to and after every patient interaction
- The operatories will be readied consistent with surgical sterility protocols so that all materials used will be either disposable or autoclaved, the surfaces will be covered or bagged/wiped, complete patient drapes will replace patient bibs
- All clinicians will be double masked (N-95 mask with a disposable mask covering the respirator), doctor/staff gowns will be disposable as used in surgery, patients will be provided with the normal googles augmented with face shields when possible
PRE-APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION CHECK LIST
- Please verify when scheduling your appointment with our staff that you have not traveled or come into contact with anyone who has traveled for 2 weeks prior to your dental appointment.
- If you have a temperature of 100 degrees or above, a cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath, or GI symptoms, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment. All patients and staff will have their temperatures taken with a touch free thermometer upon arrival at the office.
- Only patients with appointments should attend the office unless a caretaker is required. Please call the office upon arrival in the carpark and we will inform you when your dentist or hygienist is ready to receive you.
- If possible, use the stairwell on the west side of the building that faces Fashion Island. It will allow you to avoid the lobby and elevators and maintain social distancing. Once you are on the second floor, you will enter the hallway immediately adjacent to our front door.
- To further protect our patients, we have created a personal/touch free dismissal protocol. This will require a credit card on your account and a receipt will be forwarded after your appointment along with an insurance form if necessary.
